Project Overview:
With the rapid development of global new energy and new materials, new battery materials in the wide application of storage batteries have also become a new field and will develop rapidly in recent years. The production process of these materials requires revolutionary auxiliary equipment to be completed, and specialized equipment for battery materials has emerged as a result.
In response to the relevant characteristics of battery (electromagnetic) materials (such as lithium iron phosphate, ternary materials, etc.), the two major drying series equipment, namely the SZG double-cone rotary dynamic vacuum drying unit and the FZG square vacuum static drying unit, as well as the high-efficiency recovery device for volumetric recovery, have been applied by numerous customers. The abundant usage data has proved that: This equipment can fully meet the drying requirements of this product, with stable quality. Moreover, it performs well in solvent recovery and has a high recovery efficiency.
This system consists of a heating system, a heat medium circulation system, a drying system, a dust filtration system, a solvent recovery system and a vacuum system.
