Based on the characteristics of Marine organisms, we have developed a drying device for Marine biological proteins. It uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse the material into a mist, which fully contacts with hot air to complete instant drying and form a powder-like finished product.
The air first passes through the primary and medium efficiency filters, is heated by the heater, and then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer.
The hot air spirally and evenly enters the drying chamber and comes into contact with the hot air in the same direction.
The finished product can be dried in an extremely short time. The finished products are continuously discharged from the bottom of the high-efficiency cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
