The vacuum dry explosion chamber is a device that places the dried materials in a sealed vacuum chamber, heats and dries them, and uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture. 

If a condenser is used in the system, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser. 

Under vacuum conditions, heating and drying are carried out, which reduces the vaporization temperature and accelerates the drying rate.

Main features of box-type vacuum dryer:

Under vacuum, the boiling point of the material decreases, making the dried material heated more evenly.

The heat source can be low-pressure gauge steam, heat transfer oil, electricity or hot water for heating.

There is less heat loss during the drying and evaporation processes.

Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying, and no impurities are mixed in during the drying process, meeting GMP requirements.

It is suitable for low-temperature drying and drying of heat-sensitive materials.

Heating method:

Steam heating, hot water heating, heat transfer oil heating, electric heating

1. Steam heating: All heating tubes are made of stainless steel coils for heating. Material: 304, specifications: 45×3, 32×3, 22×2. 

The coils are arranged in an S shape, ensuring uniform heating and fast drying rate.

2. Hot water heating: All heating tubes are made of stainless steel coils for heating. 

Material: 304, specifications: 45×3, 32×3, 22×2. The coils are arranged in an S shape, ensuring uniform heating and fast drying rate.

 Hot water can be automatically supplied by the boiler or heated by a water tank, with the hot water pump circulating.

3. All the heat transfer oil heating tubes are made of stainless steel coils for heating. The material is 304, and the specifications are 45×3, 32×3, and 22×2. 

The coils are arranged in an S shape, ensuring uniform heating and fast drying rate. The heat transfer oil can be heated in an oil tank and circulated by high-temperature resistant pumps.

4. Electric heating: The drying cart is welded with 30×30×1.5 stainless steel tubes. The heating tubes are made of stainless steel and are W-shaped, evenly distributed on each layer. 

It is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller with a liquid crystal digital display, featuring small temperature overflow and high steady-state accuracy.
