The commonly used drying medium for vacuum paddle dryers is usually steam, heat transfer oil or hot water with a pressure of 0.1 to 0.3Mpa. The vacuum degree inside the dryer is 50 to 90kPa, the filling rate of the material is 30% to 80%, and the thermal efficiency is 70% to 80%. The rotational speed of the shaft is 6 to 30rpm with stepless speed regulation.
