One end of this machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer. Product application

The V-type mixer is suitable for the mixing of powder and granular materials with good fluidity and small physical property differences, as well as materials with low mixing requirements but short mixing time. Usage and maintenance

The usage method of V-type mixer

First, open the feed port of the mixer and confirm whether the discharge port is closed. Then, put the specified amount of material into the V-shaped cylinder as per the process control requirements. After the feeding is completed, to prevent the material from flowing out during the mixing process, the feeding port should be closed and locked. Now it's time for the machine to work. Press the power button, press the button to start the mixer, and adjust the motor speed to the speed specified by the process for mixing. After the mixing material has reached the time specified by the process, the machine can be stopped by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping, the discharge port of the mixer should be facing the ground directly, and the motor speed adjustment button should be set to 0 position. The V-type mixer will stop rotating and the power supply will be cut off. The first step is to discharge the material: Open the feeding port of the V-type mixer and use the specified container to load the material at the discharging port until all the material in the hopper is discharged.

There are still many points that we need to pay attention to during the installation and operation of the V-type mixer. This is beneficial for us to maintain the V-type mixer and extend its service life.

1. Installation: Place the machine steadily, install the machine feet, and level it to ensure smooth operation of the machine.

2. Before use, add oil to the parts that need it first, then perform no-load operation to check if all fasteners are loose, if the electrical system is normal, and if the mechanical system operates normally. If any abnormalities are found, carry out repairs and adjustments.

3. Turn the feeding port to the top, open the feeding cover to add materials. The amount of materials added must not exceed the specified volume. Then close the feeding cover tightly and start the machine to operate. If any abnormality is found during the operation, the machine must be stopped for inspection.

4. When changing varieties, the inside and outside of the hopper must be thoroughly rinsed clean.
